FAQ — RJK Technology LLC

Question 1

What services does RJK Technology provide?

Accepted Answer

We specialize in Microsoft-focused IT services including cloud migrations to Microsoft 365 and Azure, identity and domain management, cloud security, and modern desktop deployments. Every engagement is led by Robert Korzuch, our Founder and Principal Architect, with over 30 years of experience.

Question 2

How does a typical engagement work?

Accepted Answer

We start with a discovery call to understand your environment, goals, and pain points. From there we produce a scoped proposal with a clear plan, timeline, and deliverables. Once approved, we execute the project with regular check-ins and hand off full documentation at completion.

Question 3

Do you offer ongoing support after a project is complete?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Many clients retain us for ongoing advisory and support services after their initial project. We can provide periodic health checks, security reviews, and help desk escalation support tailored to your needs.

Question 4

Do you work with small businesses or only large enterprises?

Accepted Answer

We work with organizations of all sizes — from small businesses moving to Microsoft 365 for the first time to mid-market companies undertaking complex Azure migrations. Our approach scales to fit your environment.

Question 5

What does a Microsoft 365 migration involve?

Accepted Answer

A Microsoft 365 migration typically covers moving email, calendars, and contacts from your existing platform (such as Google Workspace, on-premises Exchange, or another provider), configuring Microsoft 365 services, setting up security policies, and training your team on the new environment.

Question 6

How long does a cloud migration take?

Accepted Answer

Timelines vary based on the size of your organization and the complexity of your existing environment. A straightforward Microsoft 365 email migration for a small team can be completed in a few days. Larger or more complex migrations — including Azure infrastructure moves — typically take several weeks to a few months.

Question 7

Will there be downtime during the migration?

Accepted Answer

We plan every migration to minimize disruption. Most email and data migrations are performed in the background with a brief, scheduled cutover window — often outside business hours. We communicate the plan clearly in advance so your team knows exactly what to expect.

Question 8

Can you migrate from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 is one of our most common migration paths. We handle email, calendar, contacts, and file migration from Google Drive to SharePoint or OneDrive, along with full configuration of your new Microsoft 365 tenant.

Question 9

How is your work priced?

Accepted Answer

Most projects are priced on a fixed-fee basis so you know exactly what you're paying before work begins. For ongoing advisory or support arrangements, we offer monthly retainer options. We provide a detailed proposal after our initial discovery call.

Question 10

Do you require long-term contracts?

Accepted Answer

No. Project engagements are scoped and priced individually with no long-term commitment required. Ongoing support retainers are typically month-to-month and can be adjusted as your needs change.

Question 11

What information do you need to provide a quote?

Accepted Answer

A brief description of your current environment (what platforms you use today), the number of users, and your goals is usually enough to get started. We'll gather more detail during the discovery call before finalizing a proposal.

Question 12

How do I get started?

Accepted Answer

The easiest way is to fill out our contact form or send us an email. We respond within one business day to schedule a no-obligation discovery call. From there we'll assess your needs and provide a clear proposal.
